  1. Repair or replacement of any faulty parts or materials identified by our master jewellers.
  2. Inspection and cleaning services to maintain the standard of your jewellery.



  1. Damage due to wear and tear, improper use, or alterations by anyone other than Cheal Opal.
  2. Loss of the product.


To claim the warranty:

  1. Contact our customer service team at customerservice@chealopal.com with proof of purchase.
  2. Ship the product to us, following our instructions. We cover the cost of shipping both ways.




30-Day Return Policy


Your delight is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund.


Conditions for Return:

  1. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered, with all accompanying materials such as the box and certificates.
  2. Customised items are only returnable if they have defects.


Process for Return:

  1. Contact us at customerservice@chealopal.com to initiate the return and receive a Return Authorisation Number.
  2. Package the item securely and send it back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.


Refund Process:

  1. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 7 business days.




30-Day Exchange Policy


If you wish to exchange an item, you may do so within 30 days of purchase.


Conditions for Exchange:

  1. Items for exchange must be in new and original condition.
  2. Exchanges are subject to item availability.


Process for Exchange:

  1. Reach out to our customer service at customerservice@chealopal.com to start the exchange process and receive an Exchange Authorisation Number.
  2. Return the original item to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the new item to you.

  • Custom and made-to-order pieces have a longer dispatch time, which will be communicated at the time of order.
